CREDENTIALS & COMPLIANCE
Our Certifications
Farmanta Corp. holds seven active certifications, qualifying us to work on public school projects, state facilities, housing authority buildings, and residential renovation work across New York City and Long Island.
NYCSCA
New York City School Construction Authority
The NYCSCA oversees capital construction and renovation of New York City public school buildings. Certification authorizes Farmanta Corp. to bid on and perform construction work at NYC public schools — one of the most rigorous contractor approval processes in the country.
NYCHA
New York City Housing Authority
NYCHA is the largest public housing authority in the United States, serving over 400,000 New York City residents. Certification by NYCHA confirms that Farmanta Corp. meets the qualifications required to perform construction and renovation work within public housing developments across all five boroughs.
LBE
Locally-Based Enterprise
The Locally-Based Enterprise certification recognizes businesses that are rooted in and contribute to the local economy. As an LBE-certified contractor, Farmanta Corp. demonstrates its commitment to the communities where we work and qualifies for set-aside contracts designated for local businesses.
NYC SBS LBE
New York City Small Business Services — LBE Certified
Issued by the NYC Department of Small Business Services, this certification recognizes Farmanta Corp. as a Locally-Based Enterprise under the City's certification program. It qualifies us for procurement opportunities that prioritize NYC-based small businesses across city agency contracts.
Nassau HI
Nassau County Home Improvement Certified
Nassau County requires home improvement contractors to be licensed and registered with the county to protect residents and ensure quality workmanship. Farmanta Corp. holds an active Nassau County Home Improvement license, authorizing us to perform residential renovation and improvement projects throughout Nassau County.
Suffolk HI
Suffolk County Home Improvement Certified
Like Nassau County, Suffolk County maintains its own licensing requirements for home improvement contractors. Farmanta Corp.'s Suffolk County Home Improvement certification demonstrates our compliance with local regulations and our commitment to serving Long Island homeowners with the same standards we bring to every job.
